Display Add/Remove Programs list from remote host.
Few years ago it took me a while to find the way of displaying “Add/Remove Programs” list remotely. Sometimes its good to be able to have a look on what’s installed on remote host, or to check the Add/Remove Programs actual software name. I stumble upon the HTML script written by Stuart Barrett, that allows not only to view the list, but also uninstall the software as well as to create a report of installed programs. Very handy, I use it quite a lot.
So here’s the script. Copy and paste it to the notepad, then save with .hta extension.
Here’s the script in .txt file. Download and save it using Notepad as .hta with ANSI encoding.
